Our goal involved designing and constructing a carefully integrated addition to an existing home to meet the growing needs of a family while maintaining the architectural harmony of the original structure. The addition begins with a welcoming farmer’s porch that seamlessly connects the old and new spaces, setting a cohesive tone from the moment you arrive.

Inside, a spacious new family room features a centrally placed gas fireplace flanked by large windows, inviting natural light and scenic rural views into the living area while maintaining a strong connection to the existing home. Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a similarly balanced design with a symmetrical fireplace and expansive glass views of the backyard, creating a tranquil retreat.

The primary suite continues into a thoughtfully designed bathroom, equipped with a double vanity, linen storage tower, a private water closet, and a luxurious walk-in shower paired with a freestanding tub beneath high windows, ensuring privacy and comfort. Adjacent to the bathroom is a generous walk-in closet featuring organized clothing racks, shoe storage, and a built-in makeup station.

Complementing the home, a newly constructed barn offers a spacious indoor-outdoor entertainment area, perfectly positioned to take advantage of the rolling hills landscape and provide ample space for gatherings.
