This comprehensive renovation project transformed an outdated home into a modern, functional, and welcoming living space—reimagined from the inside out. The primary goal was to open up the first floor, replacing a series of tight, disconnected rooms with an expansive open-concept layout. The newly designed kitchen, dining, and living areas now flow seamlessly together, offering uninterrupted sightlines from the front entry straight through to the backyard. Custom built-ins surrounding a central fireplace create a warm and practical entertainment hub, while a new rear mudroom entry offers a convenient, informal space for daily use.

Upstairs, the home features a spacious new primary suite alongside two additional well-sized bedrooms. A key design achievement involved converting previously unused attic space into a livable area. This was accomplished by integrating a new stairwell within the existing roofline, carefully reconfigured to maximize headroom and comfort.

The renovation was completed with all-new exterior siding and windows, blending modern appeal with the home's original charm.
